450 tickets closed since March, we thank our customers' effort in utilizing this system and we have welcomed any suggestion to improve it....

Our customers now can:
Reply via e-mail to their tickets!
They will be able to answer to tickets by simply replying to the ticket e-mail, without the need to log in to portal again. Furthermore, the ticket history will be updated accordingly!
Approval and creation of a ticket via e-mail.
Tickets can be opened not only by means of the portal, but also by sending an e-mail to the dedicated e-mail address.
Customers can close their tickets more autonomously.
